AXIA Solutions developed as a result of ongoing requests from agencies to provide a range of Social Work and Welfare Services on a casual basis.

          A history of working in the field has helped the coordinators at AXIA Solutions develop a network of social workers, psychologists, welfare workers and researchers, who have chosen not to return to the workforce full-time and are therefore available for temporary or specific projects.

          This network of experienced practitioners means that AXIA Solutions can provide a range of services using appropriately qualified and experienced staff.

      AXIA Solutions network includes recent graduates through to workers with years of experience in particular fields.

This includes staff who

   are experienced in the use of specialised research programs

   have developed and presented  specific training programs

   have undertaken further study to  meet particular needs

   workers with Certificate IV for
 work in the drug & alcohol field

   workers who have completed the  mediation training as required  under legal legislation

   those that have completed  additional counselling courses
